The high pressure stage cylinder is compressed to the condensing pressure into the condenser.

Generally, when the evaporation temperature is between -25 ° C and -50 ° C, a two-stage compressor should be used for cooling. The refrigeration system consists of an evaporator, a two-stage compressor, an oil separator, a condenser, an intercooler, an ammonia storage device, an ammonia separator, a throttle valve, and other ancillary equipment, and is connected to each other through a pipe to form a closed system. . Among them, the intercooler uses a small amount of liquid refrigerant to vaporize and absorb heat at an intermediate pressure, so that the superheated steam discharged from the low-pressure stage is cooled, the suction temperature of the high-pressure stage is lowered, and the high-pressure liquid refrigerant is cooled.
