The unit of the screw chiller is mainly a gas refrigerant in a state in which the evaporator is out. After the adiabatic compression of the compressor during use, it becomes a state of high temperature and high pressure, the compressed gas refrigerant is in the condenser, etc. The pressure is cooled and condensed, and after condensation, it is changed into a liquid refrigerant, and then expanded to a low pressure through a throttle valve to become a gas-liquid mixture. The liquid refrigerant under low temperature and low pressure absorbs the heat of the cold matter in the evaporator and becomes a gaseous refrigerant again. The gaseous refrigerant re-enters the compressor through the pipeline and begins a new cycle.
Advantages of using screw chiller
1. Compared with the piston type, the structure is simple, the moving parts are few, the inertial force without reciprocating motion, the high speed, the movement is stable, and the movement is small.
2. The unit is light in weight and has a large single unit cooling capacity.
3. Due to the lack of clearance volume in the cylinder and the suction and exhaust valve plates, it has a high volumetric efficiency.
4. The screw type chiller has less wearing parts, and the parts are only one tenth of the piston type, which is reliable in operation and easy to maintain;
5. Screw hot and cold water unit is not sensitive to wet stroke, allowing a small amount of liquid, no liquid hammer hazard.
6. Easy to adjust, the cooling capacity can be adjusted steplessly through the slide valve.
Screw chillers are used more frequently in the summer, and many customers who have used them for two or three years may not have maintained the screw chillers. Maintenance and car oil change is a reason, after a long time of use, the oil will be carbonized after high temperature, it is easy to cause poor oil return, the filter is dirty inside, then the screw chiller should be maintained. The maintenance of the screw chiller will be better, the service life will be longer, the performance will be more stable, and it will be more energy efficient.
