Working principle of chiller with heat recovery function
The heat recovery function is usually applied to SANHER medium-sized or above chiller, such as screw chiller. The components used in the unit are screw compressor, shell and tube heat recovery device, Condensers and evaporators.
Working principle : the compressor sucks in low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant and compresses the refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas through the work of the compressor. After the gas enters the heat recovery unit of the chiller, part of the heat is released to the recycled circulating water through heat exchange ( The temperature of the circulating water used to recover the heat ), and then the refrigerant gas enters the condenser, and is completely cooled into a liquid refrigerant and passes through components such as a drying filter. The low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid is in the expansion valve. After adjustment, it enters the evaporator, absorbs the heat of the cooling medium, and converts it into a low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant again, and then enters the next compression cycle process, thereby repeatedly cooling.
