Industrial water-cooled chiller with single compressor
SANHER screw industrial chillers adopt the excellent 5:6 rotor high-efficiency twin-screw compressor as the refrigeration core, equipped with high-quality and high-efficiency condenser and evaporator, supplemented by precise PLC computer control system, and assembled through elaborate processing.

Chilled water temperature adjustment range :5°C~20°C.
High efficiency compressor
● Using new generation of high efficiency 5:6 patented asymmetric tooth design, which has high energy efficiency.
● Dual screw design, less vulnerable parts than single screw compressor, no energy loss, stable and reliable.
● Semi-enclosed design, no refrigerant leakage compared to open compressor, no need additional cold source; Easier maintenance and lower maintenance cost than the full enclosed compressors.
● High precision, SKF, FAG no gap bearing, ensuring long-term efficient operation of the compressor.
● The oil separator uses a two-layer filter for better oil filtration and a maximum capacity of heat exchanger.
● Built-in differential pressure oil supply lubrication system; low vibration and low noise
Throttling device
● The chiller adopts the world famous brand Emerson expansion valve with higher control precision.
● Wider adjustment range and faster response. The evaporator heat exchange area can be fully utilized under any working conditions, and the heat exchange is more sufficient, higher efficiency.
Filter
There is a filter in evaporator inlet to prevent the evaporator from being blocked by debris
Control Technology
● High-precision digital thermostat for accurate measurement of chilled water temperature to ±0.5°C
● The operator panel visually shows the operation of the compressor, pump, and refrigeration system and the fault conditions at a glance. Easy to operate, the unit can be operated automatically by simply pressing the switch
● Intelligent control system to support remote control

In the electrical control system and refrigeration system used by the unit, the main components such as relays, thermal protectors, expansion valves, pressure controllers, and dry filters are world famous products, which greatly improves the reliability of the whole machine.
