Combined cold storage maintenance
The service life and performance of a screw chiller depend to a large extent on the maintenance it receives. To ensure the combined cold storage life, sanitation and minimum maintenance costs, the cold storage must be thoroughly cleaned to remove all debris and clean the inside of the ceiling fan and the cold storage:
Combined cold storage ceiling fan:
Protect the motor from cleaning. Do not allow water to splash on the motor. Otherwise, the motor may be damaged.
Note: The fan power should be turned off before cleaning.
Combined cold storage outer surface:
Use a mild detergent and warm water to ensure a smooth surface. Do not use abrasive-containing cleaners or abrasive pads for scrubbing.
Combined cold storage inner surface:
The inner surface can be cleaned with a household cleaner, an amino detergent and a decontaminating solution so as not to damage the surface. It is not allowed to be scrubbed with a abrasive cleaner and a friction pad. It is not allowed to damage the surface. Do not use a abrasive cleaner and a friction pad to scrub. Do not spray water on electrical parts. Do not use solvents, oils or acid cleaners.
