After design, production and test running, a 1000kw screw chiller finished packing today.
This chiller will be sent to Russia. With 2 pieces screw type compressor, V type fin-tube type condenser, shell-and-tube evaporator, Danfoss Electrical Expansion Valve, and Siemens PLC controller, the operating system will be stable and energy-saving. With build-in hydraulic module, client can install and operate the chiller easily. For countries with a cold climate, we have specially developed this alpine version of the chiller, which can work normally at a temperature of minus 35C. For the control cabinet, we use a double-layer insulation cabinet, which with the insulation layer and has a built-in automatic heating device to ensure that the controller can be used normally in winter. We use cold-proof silicone cables, which can work normally in the environment of minus 60C. Also the condensing system, we designed special for cold weather.
