The U-type heat exchanger is a more efficient heat exchanger. The U-shaped tube can keep the refrigerant flowing in the same heat exchange tube at all times, avoiding the problem of secondary distribution of the refrigerant in the straight tube evaporator, so that the refrigerant can be uniformly evaporated, the overall heat transfer performance can be increased by more than 10%.

U-tube Evaporator Advantages

1) U-shaped heat exchange tubes are used, and the refrigerant has no secondary distribution problem, and the heat exchange uniformity is high.

2) U-tube evaporator requires only one tube plate, which is compact in structure and saves materials and reduces the amount of expansion work.

3) The U-tube heat exchange tube bundle can be designed as a separate component that can be removed for cleaning and replacement.

 

U-tube evaporator optimization design method

1) After the coil is straightened and then bent into a U-shaped heat exchange tube, this process can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost of the U-shaped heat exchange tube, and the U-shaped heat exchange tube length can be flexibly set, and the design of the evaporator is more flexible. After the withstand voltage test, the U-shaped heat exchange tube bent by the coil can withstand pressure of 30kg/cm2 without leakage, and there is no problem in safety of use.

2) Adopting the new V-shaped groove expansion tube structure, it can ensure sufficient sealing force between the heat exchange tube and the tube plate under the small deformation of the expansion tube.

3) The baffle plate adopts a spiral baffle plate, which has high heat exchange efficiency and is not easy to scale.
